TERMS & CONDITIONS

Photographic events must be paid for in full in advance of the agreed date either by cheque or via our secure card payment facility on this website.

During the event participants must comply with the requests of Don Bishop Photography/Steam Recreations (and railway officials where appropriate) in the interests of safety and not trespass on adjacent property without prior permission.

For railway events participants must provide and wear a high visibility vest.

Don Bishop Photography/Steam Recreations its organisers or the host railways cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss of life, loss or damage to equipment however caused through joining an event.

Cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances less than two weeks before the event is due to take place. If you need to cancel/postpone prior to this for any reason please contact us.
